The Pavilion website, www.pavilion.org.uk/ is owned, and maintained by Pavilion Ltd.
Before using the Pavilion website it is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions. By accessing the Pavilion website you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as modified from time to time.
1 Definitions
For the purpose of this agreement "material" means material including, without limitation, text, video, graphics and sound material published on the Pavilion website whether copyright of Pavilion or a third party.
2 Use of material appearing on the Pavilion website

Pavilion reserves the right to use the material on the Pavilion website for publicity purposes to promote the work of Pavilion.

Pavilion does not accept any responsibility for any statement in the material. You must not rely on any statement we have published on the Pavilion website without first taking specialist professional advice. Pavilion collects basic information about how many hits we receive on the pages of the Pavilion website to help us evaluate the benefit of the Pavilion website content for our audience. Pavilion also collects basic personal information about users of the Pavilion website that complete the mailing list registration form. 9 Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. For the exclusive benefit of Pavilion, Pavilion shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of your residence or where these Terms and Conditions are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the country of your principal place of business.
